Covid-19: Wellbeing Support Update April 2021
Thank you for visiting our website. During these times of change we hope that you, your family, colleagues / staff and work organisations are all keeping safe and well.
If you are looking for wellbeing support, we are here for you and are currently offering a range of services, in a Covid safe environment, both in person and virtually via - Zoom, Skype, Teams, Google Meets etc, across email and over the telephone.  We are also very happy to come out to your organisation to work with staff and clients too. Available services include:
  • 1-2-1 personal support and supervision.
  • Team support and project management / planning sessions.
  • Bespoke training sessions on dealing with a range of stress-related issues, both on a personal and professional level. These can be carried out both in person and/or virtually. 
  • Return-to-work wellbeing plans and management strategies.
  • Monthly staff wellbeing packages. 
We also run a range of (virtual) self-care / wellbeing sessions for the general public.
