Community & Education Services



With over 20 years experience of teaching and training within both community and educational settings and with a solid background in psychology, Linus Marray-Woods works with children, young adults, families and professionals on all matters relating to wellbeing such as:

  • Raising aspirations.
  • Equality & diversity.
  • Stress, anxiety & anger management.
  • Confidence, self-esteem, assertiveness and self-management training.
  • Mental health awareness for service-users.
  • Developing awareness of mental health in the workplace and how best to support staff.
  • Incorporating wellbeing into everyday planning for teachers, trainers/instructors and all educational support staff.
  • Managing challenging behaviour both in an educational (learning) environment and community setting.
  • Managing staff with challenging behaviour - approaches to managing conflict in the workplace.
  • Coping with change in the workplace.
  • 1-2-1 coaching and support for improved work, health & lifestyle behaviours.
  • Introducing mindfulness (relaxation training) into education and community settings.
  • Designing indoor & outdoor workspace environments to improve wellbeing, behaviour and performance - embedding health and wellbeing into organisational culture.
  • Staff wellbeing running groups - led by a UK Athletics running coach.
  • Client / service-user wellbeing running groups - led by a UK Athletics running coach.
